Our visitor card is the perfect combination for mountain climbers and gourmets:
- Free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol, including buses, city buses, regional trains and some cable cars
- Entry to the open-air swimming pools in Klausen and Feldthurns
- Acquarena Brixen: Mon-Fri daily 3 hours free in the pool area and reduced entry charge for the sauna facilities
- Free use of the summer hiking bus and “Ski safari” winter ski bus
- Participation in the programme of events organised by the Klausen tourist information association with guided hikes in summer and/or snowshoeing in winter, plus much more

The low-down
Your holiday – all you need to know!
Even though things are generally nice and relaxed and uncomplicated here, there are still a few things that you ought to know. When does a reservation become binding? Can I bring my dog? What happens if I need to cancel at short notice? What if I don't drink wine? Don’t worry - the latter is really not a problem!
Arrival and departure
On the day you arrive your room/suite will be available from 2 pm.
Please vacate your room/suite by 10.30 am on the day you leave.
Accessibility
There are accessible rooms and a lift at the Spitalerhof. The public areas of the hotel can also be easily accessed by the disabled.
Car park and underground car park
Parking spaces are available right at the hotel or in our underground car park.
Children’s Rates
0-2.99 years: 15 - 20 € (without baby cot)
3-7.99 years: 35 - 40 € in an extra bed or on the bed settee
8-13.99 years: 45 - 50 € in an extra bed or on the bed settee
over 14 years of age: 55 - 60 € in an extra bed or on the bed settee
These prices are per child a day and apply for children sleeping in the double room of two adults paying full price.
Cot
Cots for toddlers: 15.00 euros per night
Dogs
The Spitalerhof is the territory of our loyal dog, Marley. And even though he is very welcoming to people, he is not always entirely comfortable around his fellow four-legged creatures. For this reason we don't accept dogs at the Spitalerhof. Thank you for your understanding!
Food and drinks
Our kitchen is very diverse, but not geared towards vegan dishes. Thank you for your understanding.
In the case of allergies and intolerances, a surcharge will be charged (on request).
Offers
Our offers can only be booked subject to availability and cannot be combined or cumulated. Existing reservations are excluded from these offers.
No deductions can be made from the overall price for services not used.
Prices
Our prices are per person and are inclusive of the selected type of board: bed and breakfast or half-board. The obligatory local taxes amounting to € 2.90 per person per day over the age of 14 years are charged separately.
Reservation and deposit
Your reservation will only be considered binding when you have a written confirmation from the Spitalerhof, and we have received the agreed deposit.
Deposits will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The rest of your bill you can pay in cash (until 2.999 €) or with Creditcart (Masters or Visa).

Terms of cancellation and insurance
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellations up to 21 days before guests are due to arrive: the deposit will be retained.
From 20 days before the due date of arrival, 70% of the agreed overall price will be charged, less the paid deposit.
In the event of late arrival, early departure or failure to arrive, we will charge 100% of the total price.
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragrapf I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers's Code).
Unfortunately, it is always possible for something unforeseen to happen.
For all circumstances we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance as a precaution with Europäische Reiseversicherung
