It’s a real labour of love: we pick the best grapes from the vines for our guests and mix everything together with a generous dose of nature and culture. Or with gourmet indulgences and winery romance. Or alternatively with assaults on the summits and moonshine. Depending on the time of year, depending on the specialities that are currently in season at the Spitalerhof, and subject to the agricultural to-do list.
