So it is no mere chance that Muga - aka Michael - has yet another favourite place alongside the vineyard, cellar and distillery: the kitchen! With Claudia he stands over the pots and pans and making sure of happy faces among our wine tasters. Everyone is welcome at Restaurant Muga. Seasonal dishes made with produce from the farm that naturally taste of South Tyrol - as well as further afield - are served here on an evening. The trademark of Muga and Claudia’s kitchen is, however, the extravagant presentation of the dishes. For example, you might find that asparagus, bacon and the rest are served in Grandma’s preserving jars, in rustic wooden drawers, on tree bark or stone slabs.
